Once you have an account within our client portal, you can

• Update any personal information: contact information, physical address, dog information, authorized persons to pickup/drop off
• Upload vaccines: You can upload your vaccines as a file to your own account, or you can have your vet fax to us at 214-252-1650 or either of you can email them to enroll@thepoochpatio.com
• Book services for boarding, pack play or pet taxi services online
• Request a booking for grooming or full-service bath: you can "request" a booking and we will contact you with availability and pricing based on your service request
