The Pooch Patio offers full day and overnight boarding options for your feline companions when you need to travel, have an unexpected emergency, need an extended stay or just a day boarding option.

WHAT WE OFFER

An immaculately clean and healthy environment to calm and soothe your cat(s) in your absence. Our condos are an enlarged boxed suite with a perched ledge and separate area for the litter box. Our cat boarding area is a private, separate environment from the dogs with natural sunlight with calming music playing in the background. Your feline companions will get lots of human interaction and attention during their stay with meals served up to twice a day, including regular rounds of socialization and litter box maintenance throughout the day to ensure a very sanitary environment. If the cats will allow it, they will get individual cuddle sessions and be allowed to stretch their legs and enjoy time out of their condo playing on a scratch post and interacting with some toys in the private room. Each personalized condo is suitable for up to (2) smaller cats within the same family but we recommend 2 separate condos for our larger feline companions. All condos will include a cozy fleece bed and fleece blanket, a high perch up off of the ground, and a litter box in an enclosed area that is separate.

***All cat boarding rates are valid through 11am on exit day. Pickup past 11am will incur an $20 additional fee.

Policies

  • All clients wanting to board: we require all boarding cats to be current clients that have already done a temperament test
  • No temperament test or "trial day" is required if they have been to the facility for a stay within the last 90 days.
  • All cats must arrive in a personal carrier-no exceptions.
  • Cats 4 months and older are accepted.
  • All cats over the age of six months must be spayed or neutered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Must be current on Rabies and distemper vaccinations
  • We do NOT board cats with FIP (Infectious Peritonitis), FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) or FLV (Lukemia Virus) positive, or cats that have ringworm.
  • All cats must arrive with their own designated food and treats to ensure that we maintain their consistent dietary regimen.

Medication Administration

We do not charge a medication administration fee for single dosing per day.

2 or more medication administrations: $2.00 per medication dosing.

NOTE: we do NOT administer injections or subcutaneous fluids.

Vaccinations can be uploaded through the portal and proof of vaccinations can be submitted to enroll@thepoochpatio.com
