This link is for returning clients who already have a User ID and password within the client portal

Once you are registered within our client portal you will be able to:

  • Update any personal information, including: Owner contact information, emergency contacts, physical address, pet information, authorized persons who can pick up/drop off
  • Upload Vaccination records. Owners can upload records as a file to their account, or you can fax them to 214-252-1650 or you can email them to enroll@thepoochpatio.com
  • Owners can book services online for Pack Play, Boarding, or Pet Taxi Services
  • Owners may “request” a booking for a professional grooming or full-service bath and a pack leader will contact you with our first availability in order to get you scheduled and pricing.
