Dog Boarding

• Our daily boarding rates are valid until 11am the next day. If you need a pick up past 11am, a full day of day care (non-pack play) will be added and you can pick up prior to close.
• We require dogs to remain on their regular dietary regimen while boarding.
• All boarding dogs must arrive with pre-portioned labeled zip lock baggies of their food for all meals. Failure to bring food in pre-portioned bags will result in a $25 fee per dog for our employees to do it.
• We can feed dry, wet, frozen, dehydrated or raw diets. It is the owner’s responsibility to provide specific instructions for all diets.
• ALL registered pack play and non-pack play dogs must come to the facility with a LABELED nylon or waterproof collar (no leather collars). You can still bring your pup in using a harness/pinch collar; however, they will be required to have a collar on them for social play and non-pack day stays. We recommend that you purchase an inexpensive solid color, nylon collar that is specifically for use when your dog will be coming to The Pooch Patio.
• This collar MUST have your dog’s FIRST and LAST name on it and it can be embroidered, have a metal engraved name plate sewn into it (not dangling) or you can use a black permanent marker to write your dog’s name on it in large, bold letters.
• We will not accept any collars that have dangling name or vaccination tags on them to avoid other dogs pulling and gnawing on them.
• We implemented this policy to create more safety differentiating same breeds and color of dogs, but also to allow our existing and new staff to identify each dog more effectively with more accuracy and ease.
• Please note, temp collars not an option for our boarding clients. Boarders must have the described collar or we will pull one from retail and add to their cart for purchase.

Proof of current vaccinations must be provided with registration paperwork for any services.

CANINES: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella (every 6 months), monthly flea/tick preventative, monthly heartworm preventative.

• If your dog requires medications to be dosed daily, please provide medications in labeled bottles or bags, dosage instructions and any helpful dosing aids (peanut butter, cheese, pill pockets.) Additional fees will apply for us to provide dosing aids if the owner does not provide.
• We will medicate any guests requiring prescription or non-prescription pills or capsules up to 3 medications per dog. Additional medications will require an additional fee per day.
• We require all medications be clearly labeled in bottles or bags with:
  • owner’s name and dog’s name
  • vet’s name
  • dosage instructions
  • what the medicine is for
  • please provide cheese, peanut butter,
  • lunch meat or pill pockets for dosing.
• **We regret that we do not give injections or subcutaneous fluids.
